At ESTATICO Luxury LLP, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If your order isn’t perfect, we’re here to assist you with a transparent and hassle-free process.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept return or replacement requests in the following situations:

✔ Damaged or Defective Product

If your item arrives cracked, broken, or damaged during transit.

✔ Wrong Product Received

If the product or variation delivered does not match your order.

✔ Missing Items

 

If any item from your package is missing.

You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the nature of our products—especially tempered glass, screen protectors, and small accessories, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or installed
  • The protective film is removed
  • The item is damaged due to incorrect installation
  • The original packaging is missing
  • The product shows signs of wear or tampering

Only unused and uninstalled items are eligible.

 


 

3. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are approved only in special cases:

  • Replacement product is out of stock
  • Wrong/defective product cannot be replaced
  • Cancellation request is approved before dispatch

 

Refund Method:

 

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

 


 

4. Replacement Policy

 

Replacements are given priority over refunds.

A replacement will be issued if:

  • Your product arrives damaged
  • A wrong variation is delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

All eligible replacements are free of cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

7. Important Notes

 

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or accidental drops is not covered.
  • Requests without valid photo/video proof will not be accepted.
  • ESTATICO Luxury LLP reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on policy guidelines.
