We process orders Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume sales or festivals, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

 

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

 

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather issues, courier bandwidth, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (if available) may include a small COD handling fee. 

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details
  • Real-time delivery updates

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Attempt Failed

 

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Courier delays caused by incomplete information

If the order returns to us, reshipping charges may apply.

If your order arrives:

  • Defective
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect variation

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

We’ll arrange a free replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
