1. Warranty Policy

 

We provide warranty support on selected electronics accessories as mentioned on the respective product pages.

1.1 What the Warranty Covers

 

Warranty applies only to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues not caused by customer use
  • Quality defects visible without installation

 

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or cracks after installation
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Scratches, dents, or wear & tear
  • Damage due to accidental drops
  • Tempered glass breakage after application
  • Issues arising from liquid exposure or misuse

Tempered glass, screen protectors, and small accessories generally do not come with breakage warranty, unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

 


 

1.2 Warranty Claim Process

  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

If the product qualifies for warranty, we will provide a replacement as per stock availability.

 


 

2. Replacement Policy

 

We offer a smooth, customer-friendly replacement process for the following cases:

 

2.1 Eligible for Free Replacement

 

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • Product arrives damaged or broken
  • You receive the wrong product or wrong variant
  • Items are missing from the package
  • Product has a visible manufacturing defect

➡ Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

 


 

2.2 Non-Eligible for Replacement

 

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Products that are used or installed
  • Tempered glass with protective film removed
  • Customer-caused damage, incorrect installation, accidental drops
  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Products without valid photo/video proof

 


 

2.3 Replacement Process

  4. Eligible replacements are processed free of cost

If the product is out of stock, a refund or alternative product may be offered.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
